Grilled Salmon – topped with a lemon-basil Buerre blanc; served with sautéed vegetables and herb rice.
Lobster Pie - Picked lobster meat baked in a flaky puff pastry over a bed of lobster sauce; served with sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
